All reiki sessions include a pre-talk, healing session and debrief. Please allow up to 90 minutes for a reiki session.

Seven chakra + aura (biofield) clearing for energy restoration. Reiki can repair + release stuck/blocked/weak energies to promote healing for those seeking relief from caregiving, a challenging rebirth, or specific physical pain and health conditions.
Perinatal reiki

Prenatal and postnatal reiki emphasizes sacral healing so mama can feel aligned and primed to carry and care for a new energetic being and feel more deeply connected to her whole self and baby. Who I have in mind for this offering: those looking to optimize fertility, stabilize uncomfortable mood and energy shifts during pregnancy, heal from a pregnancy loss, prepare for birth and/or looking for respite in the 4th trimester.
Aqua reiki
$105.
Any reiki session, but in a private indoor pool for the most immersive womb-like experience. Elements of gravity and sensory stimulation are muted as you float (supported) in warm water so you can receive reiki in the most relaxing realm. Suited for those seeking an added element of embodiment.
